Every product is produced in limited quantities.

Where stated, products are individually numbered and will not be restocked once sold out.

Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

Fraudulent activity is suspected.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Adversity is not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs authorities
Severe weather
Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk passes to you once your order has been delivered.

8. Returns

If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
In their original condition
With all original tags attached

For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as underwear or swimwear where hygiene seals have been removed) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed once returned goods have been inspected.

9. Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and your order number.

Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

remains the property of Adversity and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adversity shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
